NIKKI ERICKSON

Nikki Erickson has been the co-owner and managing partner of Team Concepts alongside her husband, Josh Erickson, since 2010. Together, they are passionate about helping organizations build inspired cultures and develop leaders who make a lasting impact.

A graduate of the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Business Administration, Nikki brings experience in the insurance industry, real estate investment, customer relations, and business management. Her diverse background has equipped her with a unique perspective on leadership, organizational growth, and creating exceptional client experiences.

From 2018 to 2021, Nikki served as the Executive Director of United Way of the Kearney Area, where she championed community collaboration and nonprofit leadership.

Nikki is a graduate of Leadership Kearney (Class 26) and has served on the Leadership Kearney Board of Directors. She has also been actively involved with the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce and the Envoys program, while participating in both the Nonprofit Excellence Institute and Community Catalysts Cohort #42.

Above all, Nikki is devoted to her family. She and Josh are proud parents to five amazing children: Cali, Nina, Chaz, Emry, and Ivey. Whether she's serving clients, investing in her community, or spending time with her family, Nikki leads with authenticity, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
