Team Concepts, LLC is a professional development and consulting firm founded in 2006 by Joshua E. Erickson, who serves as President and Head Coach. What started as a passion for leadership and culture has grown into a movement centered on one belief: people perform best when they feel connected.

Joshua E. Erickson

Joshua Erickson is the President and Head Coach of Team Concepts. He oversees all aspects of program implementation, budgeting, and client partnerships.

Josh is the author of proprietary programs including Generational Vantage (used by organizations like T-Mobile and John Deere), Be Kind 4 Life, and Managing the Engagement Cycle.

His facilitation style blends urgency with authenticity — moving teams through difficult conversations while maintaining energy, humor, and trust.
