KIM DART

Kim Dart serves as a Higher Education Specialist at Team Concepts, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across business, nonprofit, public service, coaching, and higher education. Her work is defined by a unique ability to combine energy, authenticity, and purpose to help individuals and organizations grow from the inside out.

Kim is deeply passionate about developing people, especially young leaders, and helping them recognize and apply their natural strengths. She has spent much of her career investing in others through education, coaching, and mentorship, including teaching middle school art, coaching volleyball, and advising sorority members at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Her approach is rooted in encouragement and accountability, consistently challenging individuals to grow their gifts and make a meaningful impact in their communities.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education from UNK, graduating summa cum laude, and a Master’s degree in Education. During her undergraduate years, Kim was highly involved in campus leadership, serving as an Admissions Diplomat, Chancellor’s Ambassador, Student Senator, and member of multiple service and honor organizations. She was recognized for her leadership and impact with the prestigious Nester Student Leadership Award and Outstanding Senior Award.

Kim’s commitment to service extends beyond the classroom. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Kearney Area Children’s Museum and Crane River Theatre, contributed to Kearney Public Schools through bond and advisory committees, and remained actively engaged in her church community through teaching and leadership roles.

Grounded in faith and guided by a heart for service, Kim lives by a simple but powerful principle: love people well and leave things better than you found them. She and her husband, Lucas, are raising three children and find their greatest joy in family life.
