Carli is an emerging business professional with a passion for leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational growth. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a degree in Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
As a member of the Team Concepts team, Carli partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, enhance workplace culture, and improve employee engagement. She enjoys helping organizations develop strong leaders, build high-performing teams, and create workplaces where people feel valued and empowered.
Prior to joining Team Concepts, Carli served as an Administrative and Employee Engagement Intern at Baylor Evnen Wolfe & Tannehill. In that role, she supported firm leadership through administrative operations, employee engagement initiatives, event planning, budget tracking, and organizational projects designed to strengthen workplace culture. She also gained valuable business experience as a bookkeeper for Bailey Crop Service.
Carli also completed the Clifton Builders Program, where she developed skills in strengths-based leadership, strategic communication, innovation, and organizational improvement. Through the program, she participated in the IKIGAI leadership initiative, attended the IKIGAI Leadership Summit in Seattle, and helped facilitate leadership workshops focused on values-based leadership.
Carli is passionate about creating workplaces where employees feel engaged, supported, and inspired to do their best work. She believes meaningful leadership begins with investing in people, fostering authentic relationships, and building cultures rooted in trust, purpose, and continuous growth. She is excited to continue helping organizations develop exceptional leaders and create lasting impact through people-centered strategies.
